It's been heavy, and the weight of the world can feel like a lot to carry alone. This is why community, and sacred spaces that help us navigate all the things we experience is so needed.
You are never alone. You are never without.
Soul Sunday Service is an opportunity to receive, and co-create and transmute our experiences via art, music, meditation and connection.
This is a pay as you want Sunday Service that will be going back to the artists that help serve this space and the space that holds all of us.
Every Service:
1) Grounding and Intention Setting / Spoken Word
2) Meditation with Live Music.
3) Prayer and Reflection
4) Journal and Art - time to create.
The world doesn't need more divide, this is a space where we honour our unity as one - no matter your faith, your background, your race, your beliefs. We hold space and honour each and everyone of you.
The only ground rules is that everyone else does the same - respect all that gather here. To create a safe space.

Yoga + Art Sessions
Welcome to Creative Flow Class - a space to slow down, reconnect, and create.
We begin with an embodied yin class to awaken the senses and settle into presence, followed by an open creative session guided with prompts, themes, or free expression. Whether you're a seasoned artist or simply curious, this is a space to express without pressure, connect with others, and rediscover the joy of play.
Every week holds a new theme inspired by the seasons, elements, chakras, or emotions — integrating yoga, mindfulness, and intuitive art to deepen your self-exploration. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
